The daughter of a gem dealer, Eddie & Rose founder Katie was born and raised in New York City. She grew up in the jewelry business- traveling to trade shows and estate sales with her dad- and spent summers working with him at his office in New York's Diamond District.
Katie has had a passion for jewelry for as long as she can remember, and always had a special affinity for antique and vintage pieces. She loves the process of sourcing antique jewelry and finding that "diamond in the rough". She is fascinated by the history, symbolism and distinctness of antiques. Every piece comes with it's own unique story and feels like a rare treasure that has stood the test of time.
A lifelong jewelry collector, Katie founded Eddie & Rose in 2016 and named it after her late grandparents, whose elegance and style she always admired.
